Embutidos RÍOS we are a family enterprise which, located in Villarcayo in the Spanish province of Burgos, has been involved in the meat sector since 1930.

Over the years we have become specialised in Morcilla de Burgos/Burgos Black Pudding - a blood sausage from Burgos which one of the main ingredients is rice. It is 100 % natural without preservatives or additives and which, over time, has been packaged in a number of formats, diversifying in different varieties according to the tastes and preferences of our customers, combining long-standing tradition with state-of-the-art production technology – ; customer satisfaction and product quality are always uppermost in our minds.
